Terms of Service (English)

Shopreel is a Windows 10/11 (64-bit) desktop app that turns a seller's product photos into short vertical videos on the seller's own computer, and can publish them to the seller's Facebook Page when the seller clicks Post. Contact: m.me/shopreel.th.

Trial, plans and payment

• Trial: 2 videos per installation without a key; the first has no watermark, the second has one.
• Pro: 199 THB per 30 days, up to 200 videos per day, no watermark. It does not renew or charge automatically.
• Lifetime: 690 THB one-time payment, unlimited videos, no watermark, valid for all Shopreel versions we release, including future updates. If we stop developing Shopreel, the key keeps working with the copy you have installed; there will be no new versions, and features that rely on outside services (such as posting to Facebook) may stop working if those services change.
• Payment is by PromptPay bank transfer; we verify the transfer and send the license key. Price changes do not affect keys already purchased.

License keys

Keys are issued to the buyer's email and can be used on up to 3 computers at a time. Users can release a computer from inside the app to move the key; computers not used for 60 days are released automatically. More computers can be added to the same key in sets of 3 (Pro: 99 THB per 30 days · Lifetime: 390 THB one-time) through our Page chat. The app checks the key online once a day, sending only the key. Reselling or publicly sharing keys, or modifying the app to bypass key checks, may lead to the key being disabled without refund.

Refunds

Because a free trial is available, purchases are generally non-refundable. If the app does not start on the buyer's computer and we cannot fix it within 7 days, we refund the full amount.

Your content and platforms

Videos made with Shopreel belong to the user and may be used commercially. Users must have the rights to the images, text and audio they use, and must not mislead buyers. Shopreel posts to a Page only when the user clicks Post. Users are responsible for following the rules of Facebook and other platforms; platform decisions such as reduced reach, rejected videos or account restrictions are outside our control. Users can remove Shopreel's access at any time: shopreel.pages.dev/data-deletion.

Third-party services and warranty

Services used with the user's own API keys (such as ElevenLabs and fal.ai) are governed by those providers' terms and fees. We fix reported problems and release updates on a best-effort basis but do not guarantee views, sales or business results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the key, unless the law requires otherwise. Features may change between versions or when a platform we rely on changes its rules.

Privacy and changes

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. We will update this page and its date when these terms change, and announce important changes on the Shopreel Page first. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
